Heatlane™
technology, unlike conventional heat pipes, can transfer
heat at any direction.* Taking
advantage of this feature, our heat sinks can transfer heat
from a heat-absorbing portion to a radiating portion which is
remote from the absorbing portion. If you cannot have a sufficient
radiation space near the heat absorbing portion or you have
to transfer the heat outside the enclosure, this technology
can be the best solution.

| What is Heatlane™
heat sink? |
| Heatlane™
heat sink is featuring AL-EX Heatlane™ plate used.
The AL-EX Heatlane™ plate is a high-heat-conductive
device the conductivity of which is 11 times higher
than solid aluminum plate. Using this high-heat-conductive
Heatlane™ plate in the heat sink, the heat generated
at heat source is instantly transferred to every radiating
fin, at low temperature drop, which increases its fin
efficiency. On the other hand, the conventional heat sink
is made of solid metal, for example aluminum, so the heat
is not easily spread entire heat sink. As a result, if
the size is same, Heatlane™ heat sink demonstrates
overwhelmingly much better performance than conventional
heat sink. |
